Who Should Participate?
All loan officers who are interested in dramatically improving their sales and marketing skills, regardless of length of time in the business.
All loan officers willing to work to create a multi-million dollar referral base of business and/or expand the one they already have.
Class Size: Limited to 30 People
Each week's session lasts for approximately 90 minutes.
Do NOT sign up for this course unless you are prepared to work to gain the maximum benefit from the program. That means participating in each week's session, holding yourself accountable, completing homework assignments, submitting them to Debra for review and acting on feedback given. The course requires active participation on your behalf. The benefit is that at the end of the six weeks, your selling and marketing skills will have improved dramatically.

Course Outline by Week -
#1) Establishing a production plan, time & territory management, market positioning (creating a central marketing theme) and prospecting.
#2) Pre-approach, securing appointments, working alternative business sources, telephone selling.
#3) Overview of sales presentation process, discussion of steps 1 and 2…attention and interest.
#4) Continuation of sales process, steps 3-5…conviction, desire, close & handling objections.
#5) Selling during the app, post-closing selling, building a multi-million dollar repeat & referral clientele base.
#6) Establishing and utilizing a marketing campaign that supports your in-person selling efforts, i.e., database marketing, consumer direct selling, properly utilizing direct mail…both snail mail and email versions, creating effective collateral materials.
